These terms govern your use of this website. By using this site, you agree to them. They don’t cover the specific terms of any project we do for you — those are set out in your individual proposal or service agreement.
Use of This Website
You may browse this site and use the contact form to reach us. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage it, disable it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
Services
Descriptions of our services and pricing on this site are for general information. The actual scope, timeline, and cost of any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between you and Media Digital Suites before work begins.
Revisions
There are no charges for standard revisions or changes to the site.
Ownership of the Website
We price the website build based on the assumption that you will work with Media Digital Suites for at least two years. There are two options for website ownership:
Monthly Payments Option
If you choose to make monthly payments over a two-year period, you will not have full ownership of the website until all payments have been made. If you cancel before two years and want to keep your website, Media Digital Suites will charge a migration fee to transfer the website to you. The migration fees are as follows:
- Cancellation within the first 5 months: $2,500
- Cancellation after 5 months but within the first year: $1,500
- Cancellation after the first year but within two years: $500
- Cancellation after two years: no migration fee, provided all payments due to Media Digital Suites have been paid.
Upfront Payment Option
If you choose to purchase the website outright, you will be charged 50% of the total cost upfront. The remaining 50% will be charged upon completion of the website. Full ownership of the website will be granted once the second payment has been made.
In both cases, full ownership of the website is contingent upon the completion of all payments due to Media Digital Suites.
In both cases, you also agree that at no time will you duplicate, mirror, or scrape in any manner any portion of the website, or any of its features, that you do not own in full.
Ownership of the Logo
If a new logo design has been agreed upon and documented in your service agreement, the total cost of the logo design will be the price stated in that agreement, starting at $3,500. Full ownership and marketable rights of the logo design will be transferred once payment is made in full.
Promotional Offers
From time to time we offer promotional pricing. Promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with the offer and to the terms of your service agreement.
Gasbur Global Promotion
To receive the promotional price of $500, you must sign a 2-year service agreement with Media Digital Suites. The promotion includes a Core Identity branding kit, a 3-page website, three professional email accounts, and SSL.
- Your first year of hosting is included at no additional charge.
- During the second year, hosting is billed at our standard rate, either monthly ($24 per month) or annually ($240 per year, or $20 per month).
- Anything beyond what is listed in the promotion is quoted separately.
- After payment, we will email your 2-year service agreement for electronic signature. Work begins once we receive your signed agreement.
- If we do not receive the signed agreement within 14 days of payment, your payment will be refunded in full and the promotion will be cancelled.
- The promotion expires on February 16, 2027.
Early Cancellation and Migration Fees (Gasbur Global Promotion)
The total value of the items included in the Gasbur Global Promotion is $6,288: a Core Identity branding kit ($3,500), a 3-page website ($2,500), and first-year hosting ($288). You pay $500, so the remaining value is $5,788. If you cancel your 2-year service agreement early and want to keep your website, you will owe a migration fee based on that remaining value. The fee decreases the longer you remain a client:
- Cancellation within the first 6 months: $5,788
- Cancellation after 6 months but within the first year: $4,341
- Cancellation after the first year but within two years: $2,894
- Cancellation after two years: no migration fee, provided all payments due to Media Digital Suites have been paid.
For the Gasbur Global Promotion, these amounts replace the standard migration fees listed under Ownership of the Website. Full ownership of the website is transferred to you once the migration fee and all other payments due to Media Digital Suites have been paid.
Cancellation of Monthly Contracts
Clients with monthly contracts may cancel their services at any time without incurring additional fees. To cancel, clients must submit written notice of cancellation by emailing info@mediadigitalsuites.com or by using our online cancellation form. Cancellation notices must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. CT at least 30 days before the next billing date. If the billing date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday, the notice must be received by 5:00 p.m. CT on the last business day preceding the next billing cycle.
A notice submitted fewer than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect after that billing date, and you will still be charged for that billing period. Upon confirmation of cancellation by our support team, all recurring payments will be stopped. Cancellation of Annual or Term Contracts
Clients with annual or term contracts who wish to cancel and discontinue services before the contract’s expiration date must pay the remaining contract balance in full. For annual contracts, clients are required to provide Media Digital Suites with written notice of cancellation at least 60 days before the renewal date, which is the day and month corresponding to the signed agreement from the previous year. Written notice may be sent by email to info@mediadigitalsuites.com or submitted through our online cancellation form. Failure to provide this notice may result in automatic renewal for an additional year.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content on this website — including text, graphics, and logos — belongs to Media Digital Suites or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Content Liability
We are not responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from the content on your website. No link on any website should be capable of being interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or as infringing, otherwise violating, or advocating the infringement or other violation of, any third party’s rights.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to ask you to remove all links, or any particular link, to our website, and you agree to remove all links to our website immediately upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and our linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our website, you agree to be bound by and to follow these linking terms and conditions.
Removal of Links From Our Website
If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any time. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.
Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Media Digital Suites is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site.
Accuracy of Information
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, and we do not promise that the website will remain available or that the material on the website will be kept up to date.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
